DPEP2 — Dipeptidase 2
DPEP2 belongs to a gene co-expression module in 2 of 28 SCUBA cell types. Each module groups genes that rise and fall together in that cell type; the genes it shares a module with are its closest co-expression partners there.

Function
Dipeptidase that hydrolyzes leukotriene D4 (LTD4) into leukotriene E4 (LTE4). Hydrolyzes cystinyl-bis- glycine. Independently of its dipeptidase activity can also modulate macrophage inflammatory response by acting as a regulator of NF-kappaB inflammatory signaling pathway
