Why this annotation
CSF3R (G-CSF receptor) is the defining marker of granulocyte precursors and immature monocytes/neutrophils. SMARCD3 (BAF60c, SWI/SNF subunit) is a known driver of granulopoiesis downstream of G-CSF signaling. TSPO (translocator protein) is expressed in myeloid cells and involved in steroidogenesis and mitochondrial function. HEBP2 (heme-binding protein 2) and NDUFB9 (mitochondrial complex I) suggest metabolic activity. PXN (paxillin) supports cytoskeletal/adhesion remodeling during differentiation. SORL1 is expressed in monocyte subsets. The combination of CSF3R + SMARCD3 strongly points to granulocytic/immature monocyte differentiation program, decreased in remission.
