Why this annotation
Hub genes SPI1 (PU.1), CEBPA, CEBPB are master myeloid transcription factors driving monocyte/macrophage identity. Supporting genes FCGR2A, MS4A7, HCK, CARD9, CFP, CASP1 are canonical myeloid/monocyte markers. TYMS, TK1, CCNB2 suggest minor proliferative contamination but the dominant signal is myeloid differentiation. All genes show weak membership and uniform expression, consistent with a loosely defined but biologically coherent myeloid identity program in pDCs.
