TNFRSF11A — TNF receptor superfamily member 11a
TNFRSF11A belongs to a gene co-expression module in 1 of 30 SCUBA cell types. Each module groups genes that rise and fall together in that cell type; the genes it shares a module with are its closest co-expression partners there.

Function
Receptor for TNFSF11/RANKL/TRANCE/OPGL; essential for RANKL- mediated osteoclastogenesis. Its interaction with EEIG1 promotes osteoclastogenesis via facilitating the transcription of NFATC1 and activation of PLCG2 (By similarity). Involved in the regulation of interactions between T-cells and dendritic cells (By similarity).
