TRAPPC12 — Trafficking protein particle complex subunit 12
TRAPPC12 belongs to a gene co-expression module in 1 of 28 SCUBA cell types. Each module groups genes that rise and fall together in that cell type; the genes it shares a module with are its closest co-expression partners there.

|---|---|---|---|
| Mucosal-associated invariant T cell | Oxidative Stress Response Stress | ATIC, CD244, CYTH4, EIF2S2, GPR68, GSDMD, ING4, KEAP1 +11 more |

Function
Component of the TRAPP complex, which is involved in endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi apparatus trafficking at a very early stage. Also plays a role in chromosome congression, kinetochore assembly and stability and controls the recruitment of CENPE to the kinetochores.
