Why this annotation
Nearly every gene is sharply concentrated in I cells (DMBT1 58x, C8A 60x, ONECUT3 40x in 93% of I cells, DACT1 45x), with weaker spillover into K cells. ONECUT3 together with stimulus-secretion coupling genes (PTGER3, KCNK16/KCNK17, PDE3A) defines a CCK-cell identity program. LYZ, PHACTR1 and MCTP1 are typical of other cell types but are localized to I cells, so they reflect genuine expression.
