Why this annotation

SSR4 encodes a subunit of the ER translocon signal sequence receptor complex. PRDX4 is an ER-resident oxidoreductase critical for disulfide bond formation during immunoglobulin folding. FCGRT (neonatal Fc receptor) mediates IgG recycling in the ER. CD63 and NPC2 are lysosomal proteins involved in protein trafficking. CTSS is a lysosomal cysteine protease. TMEM59 is an ER/Golgi membrane protein. Together these represent ER-to-lysosome protein processing machinery active in secretory plasma cells. Mild upregulation in inflammation is consistent with increased secretory load. Neighbor to IgG (M43) and IgA (M64) modules supports shared secretory infrastructure.
