ANXA13 — Annexin A13
ANXA13 belongs to a gene co-expression module in 2 of 28 SCUBA cell types. Each module groups genes that rise and fall together in that cell type; the genes it shares a module with are its closest co-expression partners there.

Function
Binds to membranes enriched in phosphatidylserine or phosphatidylglycerol in a calcium-dependent manner. Half-maximal membrane binding requires about 60 uM calcium. Does not bind to membranes that lack phospholipids with an acidic headgroup. Binds to membranes enriched in phosphatidylserine or phosphatidylglycerol in a calcium-dependent manner, but requires higher calcium levels for membrane binding than isoform A. Half-maximal membrane binding requires about 320 uM calcium
