Why this annotation
Hub genes IGHA2, IGHA1, JCHAIN, CD27 are classic markers of IgA-secreting plasma cells / memory B cells, the dominant differentiated B-cell state in intestinal mucosa. CD27 marks memory/plasma cells, JCHAIN joins secretory IgA, and IGHA1/2 encode IgA heavy chains. AIM2 and the remaining genes are peripheral. This is a clear terminal B cell differentiation (plasma cell/IgA) program, consistent with gut B cells.
