Why this annotation

Hub genes CD200, TIAM1, FGFR1, NMB, CAV1, TWIST1, FBLN7 are a heterogeneous mix. CD200 is an immunoregulatory checkpoint expressed on Tfh cells, and this module sits in a Tfh-enriched neighborhood (M67, M137). However many genes (FGFR1, TWIST1, FBLN7, CAV1) are stromal/EMT-associated, suggesting a mixed module with weak T-cell specificity. Given the Tfh neighborhood and CD200, the immunoregulatory interpretation is favored but coherence to a single program is limited.
