Why this annotation
Classic immediate-early gene / AP-1 module: FOS, FOSB, JUN, EGR1, NR4A1, ZFP36, DUSP1, IER2, IER5, NFKBIA, BTG2, PPP1R15A, CD69. This is the canonical TCR/AP-1/NF-kB early activation signature, also frequently a dissociation/stress artifact. Given strong inverse correlation with UC inflammation and CD69 presence, it reflects early-activation IEG program. Core coherence, all uniform.
