Why this annotation
OLR1 (LOX-1/oxidized LDL receptor) is the defining marker of the OLR1+ inflammatory cDC2 subset described in human gut. EREG (epiregulin) and B3GNT5 are co-expressed in this subset. ASAH1 (lysosomal acid ceramidase) and RAB20 (endosomal RAB GTPase) reflect lipid/endosomal processing. ZFYVE16 (SARA) is involved in TGF-β/endosomal signaling. SEMA6B may regulate DC migration. All genes show strong cDC2 enrichment. This module marks the OLR1+ cDC2 inflammatory subset.
