Why this annotation
The module combines highly expressed housekeeping genes (ACTG1, SERF2, EIF1, COX7C, OST4) with antioxidant and redox genes (GSTP1, TXN, FTL). It also contains the epithelial keratin KRT18. Expression is uniform across subsets, consistent with a basal oxidative-stress buffering and housekeeping program. The redox and detoxification genes are the most coherent thematic subset.
