Why this annotation
Several hubs regulate Rho GTPases: STARD13 (DLC2, a RhoGAP), ARHGEF28 and PLEKHG1 (RhoGEFs), and PTPN4 (a cytoskeleton-associated phosphatase). Together they suggest an actin cytoskeleton regulation program. ASPH, XKR9, SAMD12 and TMEM117 do not fit this theme. Uniform expression of long genes again raises the possibility of an artifact.
