Why this annotation
Seven of the top hub genes are cytoplasmic aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases (MARS1, GARS1, AARS1, IARS1, YARS1, CARS1, TARS1), which are the defining components of the multi-synthetase complex and are co-regulated under the integrated stress response and baseline translational demand. ABCF2 further supports translational regulation. Peripheral members (SRXN1, HEBP2, DNLZ) suggest mild oxidative/proteostatic stress context, but the dominant program is tRNA charging and translation. Uniform expression across subsets is consistent with a housekeeping/stress-linked translational program rather than a mast-cell-specific state.
