Why this annotation
Most genes support biosynthetic growth. EPRS1 and AIMP2 belong to the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex, and CCT4 is a chaperonin subunit. PWP1, RRP1B, DDX1 and DDX24-like helicases relate to ribosome biogenesis and RNA processing. CDC123 assembles eIF2, MRPS25 is a mitochondrial ribosome protein, and GPI and NUDT5 are metabolic enzymes. This fits an MYC-like ribosome/translation biogenesis axis at lower detection than its neighbors, consistent with a growth/biosynthetic state rather than any immune program.
