Why this annotation
The top hub is NFE2L2 (NRF2), the master regulator of the oxidative stress response. However, the remaining genes are generic housekeeping genes: nucleolar/RNA binding (NOL10, FUBP1), a ubiquitin ligase adaptor (DCAF1), lipid transfer (PITPNB) and signaling (SIK2, PRKAR2A). None of the canonical NRF2 targets (HMOX1, NQO1, TXNRD1, GCLM) are present, so this is not a true NRF2 activation program. Expression is uniform, consistent with neighbors M50, M170 and M194, which points to a broad gene-detection/housekeeping covariance axis.
