Why this annotation
RPTOR, SLC38A9 (lysosomal amino-acid sensor feeding mTORC1) and TPP2/PREP (peptide turnover) suggest a nutrient-sensing flavour. EEA1, VPS50 and SEC31A add endolysosomal and secretory trafficking. However, most genes are long, broadly expressed housekeeping transcripts (THADA, HUWE1, BDP1, POM121, DIS3L2) with uniform expression. This is consistent with the shared gene-detection axis seen across the batch.
