Why this annotation
This is a core-coherence module with uniform, high detection (~85%). It is dominated by small, highly expressed housekeeping transcripts: UBL5, SERF2, TMA7, OST4, SRP14, NOP10 and SAP18. It also contains OxPhos subunits (NDUFB3, UQCR10, PET100) and cytoskeletal light chains (MYL12A, MYL6, ARPC3). Several highly abundant myeloid transcripts (TYROBP, FTL, S100A11) sit alongside these. This pattern looks like a library-size/total-UMI–driven co-expression program of short, abundant transcripts rather than a specific biological state. M126 is a neighbor with the same architecture, which supports a shared technical/housekeeping driver.
