Why this annotation
The hub genes describe immunoreceptor and phagocytic signaling in leukocytes. HCK (Src-family kinase), PIK3AP1 (BCAP, TLR-PI3K adaptor), LCP2 (SLP-76), PTPRC (CD45) and PTPRJ (CD148) are receptor-proximal signaling components. ELMO2 and ACTR3 (Arp2/3) drive Rac-dependent engulfment. IKZF1 is a hematopoietic transcription factor. LPCAT2 is the inducible PAF synthase of inflammatory macrophages, and RAB10 supports membrane trafficking. Expression is uniform with no contamination signal. This module complements M175's LYN/SPI1 myeloid activation program.
