Why this annotation
RELB, NFKB2, and BCL3 are the canonical triad of non-canonical NF-κB signaling. TICAM1 (TRIF) is the TLR3/TLR4 adaptor that activates this pathway. DENND5A (Rab GEF, vesicle trafficking supporting receptor recycling) and NOCT (circadian deadenylase, mRNA stability) are supporting members. The module is strongly upregulated in IBD inflammation and reduced in remission, consistent with TLR-driven non-canonical NF-κB activation in monocytes.
