Why this annotation
Hubs RHOA, FLNA, LIMS1 and FGR are cytoskeletal and adhesion signaling genes. Many other members are endolysosomal or tetraspanin genes: CD63, ARL8B, ATP6AP1, CHMP4B, CSTB, PSAP and ANXA5. JUN and IRAK1 add an activation flavor, and NINJ1 is a plasma membrane rupture mediator. The overall picture is a tissue-activated neutrophil with late-endosome/lysosome and secretory vesicle trafficking. CD63 and ARL8B mark lysosome/azurophil granule positioning and exocytosis. Expression is high and uniform with core coherence, so this is not contamination. It is the dominant activated-state neighbor of the hypoxia module M94.
