Why this annotation
The hubs are lysosomal and endolysosomal machinery: ASAH1 (lysosomal acid ceramidase), CTSD (cathepsin D), RAB7A (late endosome GTPase), ATP6V1E1/ATP6V1F (V-ATPase subunits), SLC15A4 (lysosomal peptide/histidine transporter) and RRAGD (lysosomal mTORC1 nutrient sensing). TBC1D2 is a Rab7 GAP and PLEKHB2 is an endosomal protein. The module is tightly co-regulated and uniformly expressed across subsets, so it reads as an intrinsic neutrophil endolysosomal and mTORC1 program rather than contamination. It is the more abundant lysosomal counterpart of the cathepsin-rich M12.
