Why this annotation
Three ATP synthase subunits (ATP5F1A, ATP5F1B, ATP5PO) are the dominant hub genes, directly encoding Complex V of the mitochondrial electron transport chain. ECI1 (enoyl-CoA isomerase) and HSD17B11 support fatty acid beta-oxidation feeding the TCA cycle. MRPL35 encodes a mitochondrial ribosomal protein. GSTO1 provides redox buffering. EIF4B and KDELR1 are peripheral housekeeping. This is a tightly defined ATP synthase/OxPhos module in pre_tuft progenitors, consistent with high metabolic demand during differentiation.
