Why this annotation
CCL19 and CCL21 (core members) with CXCL12, CCL2, CXCL2, C7, CH25H and STEAP4 define the chemokine-secreting fibroblastic-reticular/telocyte-like stromal program of gut lamina propria; SFRP1, PCDH9, PTGDS and MAOA/MAOB are classic colonic fibroblast/telocyte markers. It is a genuine stromal immune-recruitment program, distinct from but correlated with the interferon module M94 (shared inflammatory microenvironment).
