Why this annotation
Hub genes STAT1, NLRC5, TAP1, GBP4, LAP3 and HLA-E form the canonical IFN-gamma/STAT1-driven MHC class I antigen-processing program in colonocytes. NLRC5 is the class I transactivator. This is upstream of the MHC gene module M97. C2 and PARP8 are also IFN-inducible.
