Why this annotation
Hub genes NR4A1, NR4A2, NR4A3 are canonical immediate-early nuclear receptors rapidly induced by inflammatory signals. FOSL2 (AP-1), CEBPD (acute-phase TF), KLF9 (glucocorticoid/stress TF), and TSC22D1 (TGF-beta-stimulated) reinforce an inflammatory transcription factor response program. ADAMTS4 and CMIP further support inflammatory activation in intestinal fibroblasts. The module is significantly upregulated in both UC and CD inflammation, consistent with an acute inflammatory transcriptional response.
