Why this annotation
ITK (IL-2-inducible T-cell kinase) is the dominant hub and is an essential kinase for TCR-downstream signaling, required for γδ T cell development and function. ETS1 is a key transcription factor for T cell lineage identity and TCR signaling output. ITGA4 (integrin alpha-4/VLA-4) mediates T cell migration and tissue homing. MINK1 is a MAP4K involved in T cell signaling. CDC42SE1 links CDC42 to T cell polarity. Together these define a T cell identity/TCR signaling program consistent with γδ T cell maturation.
