Why this annotation

LILRB2 is an inhibitory receptor expressed on myeloid cells and also on lymphoid-primed progenitors. CD22 is a B-cell co-receptor marking B-lineage cells. LTB (lymphotoxin-beta) is a TNF superfamily cytokine expressed by lymphocytes. TRBV28 is a T-cell receptor V-segment gene whose presence in an HPC module at very low pct positive (3.8%) suggests either a rare T-lineage-primed progenitor or low-level contamination. COBLL1 is expressed in monocytes and myeloid-biased progenitors. SLC2A5 (GLUT5/fructose transporter) is enriched in monocytes. TNFAIP2 is TNF-induced and expressed in myeloid/lymphoid activated cells. S100Z is expressed in granulocytes. The very low expression and mixed myeloid/lymphoid signature suggests a lymphoid-primed multipotent progenitor (LMPP) or early lymphoid progenitor state, with possible minor contamination from mature lymphocytes.
