Why this annotation
FOXN3, PLA2R1, KCNJ3, TIAM2, ATRN, AIG1, CACNB2 and IMMP2L are large genes with no shared enterocyte function. Neuronal or cardiac channel genes (KCNJ3, CACNB2) appearing in epithelium point to intronic or nuclear read capture rather than true expression. ABO is the only clear epithelial gene. Expression is uniform across subsets, consistent with the long-gene artifact axis shared with M51 and M86.
