Why this annotation
CEBPA is the master TF for granulocyte/myeloid commitment. CSF3R (G-CSF receptor) is the defining marker of granulocyte progenitors. CLEC11A (LSAM) is a hematopoietic stem cell factor supporting myeloid output. PLAC8 and CEACAM4 are expressed in neutrophils/myeloid cells. IGLL1 marks early B-lymphoid progenitors (surrogate light chain). TNFSF13B (BAFF) supports B-cell development. XBP1 and IGFBP2 are expressed in early progenitors. The dominant theme is myeloid/granulocyte commitment with minor lymphoid signal.
