Why this annotation
Moderate coherence module strongly enriched in ILC1 cells (2–5x). Hub genes EVL, PPP1R18, CORO1A, and ARHGDIB are all actin cytoskeleton regulators involved in immune cell motility and shape. ACAP1 (ARF GAP for vesicle/migration), RGL4 (Ral GEF), and ARHGDIB (Rho GDI beta) further support a cytoskeletal/migratory program. LCK and NCR3 indicate NK/ILC1 identity. TRDC may reflect ILC1 cells with TCR delta expression or minor γδ T cell co-expression. The module likely represents an ILC1 cytoskeletal activation/motility state, consistent with the neighbor module M81 also being ILC1-enriched.
