Why this annotation
Low-expression but coherent module dominated by capillary pericyte markers: HIGD1B (pericyte-specific), ENPEP (aminopeptidase A, classic pericyte antigen), ADRA2A, GPR4 (pH-sensing GPCR of perivascular cells), ADAP2 and INPP4B. EPHA2, LAMA3, MYO1B and KAZN reflect basement-membrane attachment/vessel-wall adhesion; CCL8 is a minor peripheral inflammatory gene. Given the shared neighborhood with M7 (COX4I2 pericytes) and M125 (arteriolar mural), this represents a sparsely detected capillary pericyte state within the mural compartment.
