Why this annotation
Five CCT/TCP1 chaperonin complex subunits (CCT3, CCT4, CCT5, CCT6A, CCT8) dominate the top hub positions, making this unambiguously a chaperonin-II/TRiC complex module. ST13 (Hip/Hsp40 co-chaperone) and PSMC5 (proteasome ATPase, also involved in chaperone-mediated folding) support the protein folding theme. HNRNPM, HNRNPC, ANP32A, ILF2 contribute RNA processing functions. XRCC6 (Ku70) and EIF1AX are peripheral members. The CCT complex folds actin, tubulin, and other essential proteins in proliferating cells, consistent with the crypt_colono enrichment and restoration in remission.
