Why this annotation
Strong naive/mature B cell signature: IGHD and FCER2 (CD23) are canonical naive B cell markers, S1PR1 (lymphocyte egress/recirculation), BTLA, CD200, LAIR1 (inhibitory receptors), SATB1, ZBTB16 (developmental TFs), PIK3IP1. This module clearly represents naive/recirculating B cell identity. Strongly downregulated with remission (delta_remission_UC -1.58), consistent with loss of naive B cell state in inflammation.
