ATXN10 — Ataxin 10
ATXN10 belongs to a gene co-expression module in 4 of 28 SCUBA cell types. Each module groups genes that rise and fall together in that cell type; the genes it shares a module with are its closest co-expression partners there.

Function
May play a role in the regulation of cytokinesis. May play a role in signaling by stimulating protein glycosylation. Induces neuritogenesis by activating the Ras-MAP kinase pathway and is necessary for the survival of cerebellar neurons (By similarity). Does not appear to play a major role in ciliogenesis (By similarity).
