Why this annotation

Four eIF3 subunits (EIF3H, EIF3F, EIF3E, EIF3L) are among the top hub genes, alongside translation elongation factors EEF2 and EEF1D — this is a clear translation initiation/elongation signature. RAC1 and RHOG (Rho GTPases) and CAPZB (actin capping protein) add a cytoskeletal component. NSA2 and POLR1D support ribosome biogenesis. MRPS28 (mitoribosome) and SEC11A (signal peptidase) are peripheral. The dominant program is cytoplasmic translation machinery. In the context of neighboring modules with OXPHOS and housekeeping genes, this module represents the translational arm of the housekeeping program.
