Why this annotation

Hub genes TNRC6A and TNRC6B encode GW182 paralogs that are core components of the RISC/miRNA silencing complex. HELZ is an RNA helicase involved in mRNA decay and translational regulation. MBNL1, CELF2, and RBM6 are established RNA splicing and post-transcriptional regulators. PHC3 is a Polycomb repressor component involved in transcriptional silencing. The module broadly reflects post-transcriptional gene regulation including miRNA-mediated silencing and alternative splicing. All genes show weak membership and coherence is unknown, indicating a loosely co-regulated program. The mild enrichment in mono_mac for a subset of genes (RREB1, BLTP1, BRWD1, ATRN) is consistent with macrophage identity rather than contamination.
