Why this annotation

MCM7 and MCM4 are replicative helicase subunits (MCM complex) marking S-phase entry. TYMS (thymidylate synthase) and DHFR (dihydrofolate reductase) are rate-limiting enzymes for dTMP synthesis, classic S-phase markers. RRM1 encodes ribonucleotide reductase. FEN1 processes Okazaki fragments. CLSPN is the replication checkpoint mediator (claspin). PCLAF (PCNA-associated factor) and HELLS are S-phase chromatin factors. BRCA1, MAD2L1, ZWINT, CENPU, CENPK are DNA damage/kinetochore checkpoint proteins. ATAD2 is a chromatin remodeler in S-phase. This is a canonical S-phase/DNA replication module with extremely high prolif_mac enrichment (TYMS 133x, PCLAF 71x).
