TOMM7 — Translocase of outer mitochondrial membrane 7
TOMM7 belongs to a gene co-expression module in 9 of 28 SCUBA cell types. Each module groups genes that rise and fall together in that cell type; the genes it shares a module with are its closest co-expression partners there.

Function
Required for assembly and stability of the TOM complex. Positive regulator of PRKN translocation to damaged mitochondria. Acts probably by stabilizing PINK1 on the outer membrane of depolarized mitochondria.
